We work very hard to stay on time by allocating ample time for the procedure scheduled. The appointments are reserved specifically for you, so we ask our patients to be on time, or if an appointment needs to be rescheduled to please notify our office as far in advance as possible. This will allow us to see another patient waiting for an appointment in your spot.

Please download the forms at our site, print them and fill them out at home, before you you come in to see Dr. Rossana Moura. This will save you time in the office. Be sure to bring your driver's license, your insurance cards, and, if you are in an HMO, your referral.
